These Terms of Service govern use of xcwiie.com and purchases made directly from the XCWIIE independent store. XCWIIE is a brand owned and operated by YUENLEI COMPANY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By using the site or placing an order, a person agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and applicable written warranty.

Eligibility and Accounts

Customers must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for information submitted through the site and for protecting account credentials.

Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, and natural material variation may cause colors, finishes, or wood grain to differ from images. Customers should review dimensions, specifications, mounting requirements, and location ratings before purchase.

Ceiling fans and electrical products must be installed and used according to the manual, electrical codes, mounting requirements, and stated indoor, damp-location, or wet-location rating. Installation by a qualified professional is strongly recommended and may be required by local law.

Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or availability error. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, shipping restriction, or an obvious pricing error. If a paid order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Product quality issues, five-year replacement eligibility, and lifetime small-parts support are governed by the XCWIIE 5-Year Limited Worry-Free Replacement Warranty & Lifetime Small-Parts Support. Customer-caused damage is not eligible for a 30-day return or complete-fan replacement, although a separate eligible small-part request may still qualify under the limited warranty. XCWIIE does not provide product repair, maintenance, refurbishment, or on-site technical service.

Promotions

Promotions are subject to the terms displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in violation of law, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

The XCWIIE name, logos, product materials, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and website content are owned by or licensed to YUENLEI COMPANY LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and support purposes.

Third-Party Services and Links

The site may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, and advertising providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse all third-party content.

Disclaimer

Except for express written warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the site and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUENLEI COMPANY LIMITED and XCWIIE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. Product warranty remedies remain governed by the applicable written warranty and law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for losses reasonably resulting from the user's unlawful misuse of the site or material violation of these Terms. This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use or limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer-protection right available under applicable United States federal law or the non-waivable law of the customer's state of residence.

No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in these Terms. Any such provision should be added only after review by qualified counsel.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase unless permitted by law and agreed by the customer where required.
