XCWIIE 403 Smart Ceiling Fan with Light

This is a beautiful four blade fan. The 60 inch span is perfect for our outdoor patio and it pushes a crazy amount of air. The install was straightforward with a good set of Instructions. Very nice remote that completely controls all functions and a convenient wall mount.The led lights adjust on the fly and its low profile emits a wide path of light and When the fan is running its whisper quite. This is a very cool fan for the cost.

Be advised that this fan will require a 4" electrical box (my previous fans used a 3" box) and/or mounting directly to a beam able to support 70 lbs. Looked over the advertisement once again after receiving the fan and do not see this important point mentioned. Will revise review to accurately reflect product performance once I am able to mount it.

Love this fan! This fan is very cooling for hot days. It has a 60inch width. You can use the remote or the app to control it. The light has adjustable brightness. The fan is exactly as described and I would recommend it to family and friends. Comes with instructions for installation as well.

This fan is huge. I had no trouble installing it on the patio, thou. It was about an hour of effort, including getting tools, ladder and all out and cleaning everything up, too. The large paddle-like fan blades are made of real wood and look good, feel durable and make little more than a whisking-noise as the fan turns.The fan moves an impressive amount of air even at the low setting, and it feels like a relaxing addition to the whole area. The lazy sweep of the blades are like a timeless-kind of relaxing vibe. The smart features are nice too, for the whole-house management factor, but I love the warm color temperature the most. It completes that timelessness-thing for me.The fan really does work like an old-fashioned wall-switch fan and doesn't need any kind of digital-life investment to make it work. It can be adjusted once and it just keeps working in that exact "look" each time it is turned on. I think this makes it the most user-friendly it can be and truly investment-grade value. I would whole-heartedly recommend this fan to anyone looking.

From a consumer's perspective, I'm quite satisfied with this 52-inch XCWIIE outdoor ceiling fan overall. It's both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The dark walnut solid wood blades look very high-quality, with a modern farmhouse/cottage style that complements both patios and living rooms without looking cheap. The airflow is genuinely powerful; the advertised high airflow is not just a gimmick. Even on medium speed, you can feel the air moving noticeably in the summer. The DC motor runs very quietly, without the buzzing sound of older ceiling fans. The reversible function is useful year-round, and it's quite practical for circulating warm air in the winter. The lighting supports multiple color temperatures and stepless dimming, suitable for both everyday lighting and ambient lighting. The three control methods—Alexa, app, and remote control—are also very convenient, making it quite smart to use.

You can set it from 3000 K to 5000 K with a tap on your cell phone. You can also dim it on your cell phone from 10% to 100%, making it perfect for automatic nights. This plan would be ideal for your lanai or another indoor/outdoor area. The lighting allows you to set the light if you like, or a more romantic dimmer light if you wish.If this fan were installed inside your home, for example, in a fantastic room or a large, high-ceiling living room, it would pay for itself very quickly. As many of you know, there tends to rise and cool. Wear tends to fall to the floor. The job of this fan is to bring the cool air up higher in the summertime and then in the winter time to blow the hot air in the ceiling down closer to the floor, the floor is where the people live, and with the thermostat that controls your central air and central heat is located by balancing the air in this manner, your heating and air-conditioning system has to work less vigorously to maintain the cool air in the summer or the warm air in the winter which immediately results in energy savings for you.Another strong factor is really interesting for this fan. Is that if you do put it in a patio, or you do put it in a lanai or a porch that’s exposed to the warm air? As you know, it has a DC motor, which saves on electrical current.I was some fans I go to install procedures, but a fan of this size I do not recommend a customer install. I recommended installing it only by a professional who knows how to securely attach it to the joists in the ceiling, so it doesn’t come crashing down unexpectedly. I say this because in the summertime, when the fan is working very hard to pull the cold air up from the floor to circulate it throughout the house, it’s almost like the propeller of an airplane, pulling the plane forward in the air. It can literally pull itself out of the ceiling; if not properly secured, it comes crashing down on us who may be living beneath it. That’s why, with a fan like this, I would have a system professional install it by someone who’s experienced in installing heavy fans and can make the correct connections to the ceiling joists to support it.
